The client sees the quote you approved and the selections you sent. Same numbers. No shared folder.
A client portal replaces the email that says “latest attached.” They see the proposal you already approved, the selections waiting on them, and the papers that are theirs.
They do not see your margin, your crew cost, or the notes you kept for the office. You still decide what goes out.
