Estimating
Contracts
The accepted estimate becomes the construction agreement, with the scope you already priced.
Orvo drafts the contract from the estimate you approved. Scope, price, and the papers your company already uses — including a signed copy you upload from the truck.
The client signs on their phone. You stay the one who sends it. A name does not go on a contract unless you have approved the draft.
- Scope of work
- The agreement follows the estimate, so the barn you priced is the barn they sign.
- Addendums
- Later papers stay on the same contract, with the version you finalized.
- E-signature
- Names and dates on the phone. No packet to print and scan back.
- Letterhead
- Your company name and licenses on the document the client sees.
