Crews
A roster of who works here, and named crews you can put on a job.
The crew roster is the people: name, role, and whether they are on a job. A named crew is the group you actually send — site crew, finish crew — not a thread called “guys.”
Assign them to the job. Clock-in, the schedule, and the daily log then talk about the same people.
