1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Orton Industries LLC ("we", "us"). Orvo is built, owned and operated fully by Orton Industries LLC. They govern your use of https://www.orvo.build (the "Site"). Using the Site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.

Month to month. No annual plan, no annual contract, cancel anytime. The numbers are on the Price page. The app shows the price again before you are charged. This site is not the product contract.

2. Who may use this

You must be at least 18. If you follow a link into the app on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do it.

3. The app

Sign up and sign in leave this Site for the Orvo app. Orvo is open. Create a workspace to start. Sign up to create your workspace. You are billed month to month, with no annual contract.

What this Site describes may change. Nothing here commits us to deliver a particular feature by a particular date, or at a particular price. These Terms grant you no licence to the software. Use of the app is governed there, not here.

4. Messages

If you email us, you agree we may reply. If we already hold your address from an earlier signup on this Site, we may send marketing and product messages about Orvo. Withdraw that at any time with the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or by emailing contact@orvo.build. Your provider's message and data rates may apply. What we do with your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree that what you send us is accurate, and that you will not send someone else's details without their permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

submit false, misleading or automated entries, or point scripts at the Site;
try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure or any related system;
probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Site, including its endpoints;
scrape or copy content from the Site for commercial reuse, or pass it off as yours;
use the Site to transmit malware or unlawful, infringing or harassing material.

We may block access and delete submissions where we reasonably believe this section has been broken.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and everything in it — the Orvo name and mark, the copy, the design, the layout and the code — belongs to Orton Industries LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site to evaluate it for your business. Nothing else is granted.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction or obligation to you. We will not treat feedback as confidential, so please do not send us anything you need kept secret.

8. Third parties

The Site links to third-party sites and relies on third-party services, including Amazon Web Services and Google. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

If you accept analytics cookies we use Google Analytics to count visits, clicks, and which campaigns produce a signup. That choice is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Rejecting analytics does not change how the Site works for you.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Information here is general and is not professional, legal, accounting or construction advice. We do not warrant that the Site will be available at any particular time, or that any email we send will arrive.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orton Industries LLC and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orton Industries LLC from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice, and may terminate your access if you break these Terms. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts there for any dispute not resolved informally.

Talk to us first. Before filing anything, email contact@orvo.build, tell us the problem and what you want done about it. We will do the same. Most things get fixed in one email, and we agree to spend at least 30 days trying.

14. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continued use after that date means you accept the update. If the change is material and we hold your address, we will tell you.
