The job

Daily logs

A daily log for the site: who was there, what went in, and the photos, on the day the work happened.

The daily report is how you prove the day. Labor, materials, equipment, and who attended — written while the crew is still on site, not reconstructed from memory on Saturday.

Photos stay on that log, on that job. When a client asks what happened yesterday, you open the file. You do not scroll a group text.

Daily report
One log per day on the job. The work, not a diary in someone’s camera roll.
Labor, material, equipment
What was on the pad, in the same words you would use on a daily.
Crew on site
Who attended. Hours can come from the clock-in, not from a guess.
Site photos
The picture sits on the log it belongs to, on this job.
