Remodeling & Renovations
The estimate becomes the contract. The contract becomes the job. When the wall is open and the scope changes, you write it before it comes out of the margin.
A remodel starts from a job you already built. Line items come forward. You edit the scope, then you approve the proposal. The accepted estimate can become the contract the client signs on their phone.
Daily logs, clock-in, and receipts stay on that job. An extra the client agreed to in the kitchen is a change order you approve, and it updates the job cost while the job is still open.
