Timesheets
Review the hours. Approve them. Approved time is what can go to payroll and to QuickBooks.
A timesheet is the office’s pass on the field’s clock. You see the hours, you fix what is on the wrong job, and you approve what is real.
Only approved hours are ready for QuickBooks. Nothing in the time record spends money or hits the books until you have signed off.
- Timesheet
- The week’s hours, by person and by job, in front of you.
- Approval
- You approve what is right. Open hours stay open until you do.
- Wrong job
- Hours that landed nowhere can be moved onto the job they were worked.
- QuickBooks
- Approved hours are the ones that post. The rest wait.
